The Best Team Cheer award is given to the team with the best team cheer during their pre-match introduction. Judges have made their determination for this award based on factors such as enthusiasm, originality, team coordination, and catchiness, among other factors.
Here is what the judges had to say about the winner:
This team’s cheer included both the team members on the field and their supporters in the stand, was catchy, and involved their team number and name. Their choreographed cheer was consistent and fun to watch.

The Best Dressed Team award is given to the team that the judges feel is dressed the best. This award may be given to a team as a unit or to a single member of the team. Determining factors for this award include overall style or theme, sense of humor, lack of crocs, and personal preferences.
Here is what the judges had to say about the winner:
The judges looked beyond the normal range of robotic team fashion. They had to look BEYOND THE STARS to find their MAN IN BLACK.
Razzle Dazzle Award
23536 Fearless Forklifters - Winner

The Razzle Dazzle award is given to the team whose robot stands out and brings the ol' razzle dazzle the hardest. This award is entirely based on the judgement of the panel - it may be for an unconventional robot, the shiniest robot, the cutest robot, or the one that reminds them the most of their dog. The use of glitter immediately disqualifies a robot for this award.
Here is what the judges had to say about the winner:
This team coordinated well with their robot today, and it’s clear they had a lot of fun decorating it. The judges could hardly look away from their FLORAL FLARE and BRIGHT PINK robot.

This award is given to the team who the judges feel would survive the longest in a BattleBots competition. With the amount of defense played in this game, having a sturdy robot able to take a few hits and keep going is very valuable. While not being based on the robot taking damage, recovering from damage may help teams earn bonus points to win this award.
Here is what the judges had to say about the winner:
This bot was able to take hits like it was nothing. None of their sparkles even fell on the field. We hope to see this bot on BATTLEBOT 13.
Judgey Award
7244 OUT of the BOX Robotics - Winner

This award goes to a team. Sometimes a team does something so cool that we can’t prepare for it, so this award has been left completely open-ended for the judges to recognize something that we would have never seen coming.
Here is what the judges had to say about the winner:
This team channeled the spirit of LeBron James and were the first team to successfully make a shot into the end game hoop. The winner of the BUZZER BEATER AWARD is team 7244, Out of the Box
Robotics.
Team Choice Award
20153 Silver Wolves - Winner

This award is an opportunity for teams to show their respect and recognize what another team brings to the table. Each team here was given a nomination card at check-in to fill out with the name/number of the worthy team, and what they did to earn recognition. The winner of this award has been selected on a number of factors, including the number of votes
received.
Here is what the judges had to say about the winner:
This team has been a large presence in PA robotics for the last several years. They were another team’s first pick at the recent Championship and today is this RETIRING Team’s last competition.

his award is as the name describes….it’s random. Totally random. We are literally picking numbers out of a hat (or in this case, a takeout food container). All teams deserve recognition, but buying trophies for everyone would be too expensive. Instead, we are going to choose a team at random.
Here is what the judges had to say about the winner:
And after INTENSE deliberation, the winner of the Random Award is Team 32539, LIC Bulldog Bots
Robot Photo Contest

Prior to this event, teams had the option to submit a photo of their robot based on the theme of “what our robot does when it’s not competing”. The judges have narrowed down the submissions to three finalists and have chosen one winner from among them.
Here is what the judges had to say about the winner:
This robot goes on grand adventures during the off-season. Even though they don’t compete with PA regularly, we hope they’ll send us a postcard from Delaware.
