Updated for the 2026-2027 season, the Waitlist Invitations and the Registration and Waitlist Summary pages are back (in the Event Registration dropdown menu).
The Waitlist Invitations page lists the initial dates that scrimmage and qualifier open slots are offered to eligible Waitlisted teams. Please be prepared on these dates with a decision on participation in that event in case you do receive an offer email. The offer emails have a subject starting with “Penn FTC Event Opening:”. Your prompt response to an offer is very much appreciated as it helps all teams solidify their event schedule.
The Registration and Waitlist Summary page provides an overview of the registration status for all of the scrimmages and qualifiers. The information on the charts can help coaches understand the impact of updating scrimmage or qualifier preferences. See this post for additional details.
