The 2012-2013 season game is called Ring It Up!. The object of the game is to score more points than your opponent’s alliance by placing plastic rings onto pegs on the center rack. Teams will also be challenged to detect special “weighted” rings to earn a special multiplier bonus.
Below is a list of Pennsylvania FTC events for the 2012-2013 season. The Qualifying Tournaments and the Championship Tournament follow the Tournament format. Philadelphia City teams participated FIRST FTC pilot to test an alternative format to the standard day-long tournaments. The goal of this format is to better match with other successful interscholastic activities including track, swim, wrestling, and other meet structures.
